Arrival regulations

The current regulation of the state government states that our guests must present either a negative coronal test not older than 24 hours upon arrival. Guests that are not vaccinated need a new PCR test or rapid antigen test every additional 72 hours. If you are recovered, your  PCR test must have been performed at least 28 days ago but no more than 6 months ago. We kindly ask you to carry the corresponding proofs with you and to present them to us.

In Bad Kissingen, there are a number of free testing stations where you can be tested several times a week. Our team will be happy to help you at any time with any questions and will find the closest station for you. At our hotel, you can take a paid rapid antigen test upon arrival and during your stay, which meets the current requirements and is listed by the BfArM.

Stay at the hotel

Please make sure to follow the AHA rules during your entire stay at our hotel. In the public hotel areas (lobby, corridors and elevators), wearing a mouth-nose protection is mandatory. In addition, we ask you to keep a safe distance of 1.5 meters from other guests. You will find disinfectants in many places in our hotel.

You feel sick

If you notice that you become ill during your stay, we ask you to immediately notify the reception by phone. We will then discuss the further procedure with you.

Gastronomy

We look forward to spoiling you with culinary delights in our hotel. We ask you to wear a mouth-nose protection in the gastronomic areas and to keep to the distance rules – for your health and that of our staff. When you reach your table, you can remove the mask. The distance between the tables complies with the legal requirements. In addition, the tables are cleaned after each use.

Wellness & Beauty

We have various relaxing wellness and cosmetic treatments on offer for you. It goes without saying that the surfaces in our wellness area are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. In addition, the treatment rooms are equipped with air purification systems.
